Will be in Honolulu for a short business stop and wanted to pick the brains of the local BAs. Are there currently any offerings from Cantillon available at Tamura's, WF or Ewa Pantry? Past that, which store would I do best to hit first? I know the prices are high in Hawaii but would like to pick up some bottles that I can't find/hard to find on the East Coast (I live in DC). A buddy is gonna haul me around so transportation isn't an issue. Thanks in advance.

I've been to the Tamura's on Waialae in Kaimuki about a month ago. I didn't notice Cantillon, but wasn't looking either. You should also check out the Liquor Connection in the Ward shopping center. I hear they have a good selection, but I haven't been there myself. I live on another island and only recently started looking for good craft beer. Also, there's a new bar near the Ward center called "REAL a Gastropub." It's the former Whole Foods beer guy, and they have a pretty good selection of beer on tap and bottles. Check them out on facebook to see what's on tap. They've been doing a lot of Ballast Point recently.

You can buy bottles of Cantillon @ REAL a gastropub, but they must be consumed on site. Haven't seen Cantillon for sale in shops for close to a year...I'm pretty sure they were all picked up by the few discerning beer lovers on island.

Tamura's in Aiea has Cantillion as does SWAM. Ewa Pantry has a crazy variety of beers some I've never seen before. Take the opportunity to grab some EPIC from New Zealand, good stuff.

Figured I'd resurrect this thread. REAL sounds like a great spot to hit, and I imagine EPIC is something I can bring home. Are there BAs who might want to trade? I'm flying in with the wife, and we both can bring 3 bags free, which I certainly don't need. Trades need not be for beer...
