Haze or Cloudy beer

    You were right, as i said, i used to leave the beer ferment for 3 weeks because i didnt want to open and take a sample, with this new fermenter, im able to do it with the spigot at the bottom, that 1 week made a difference, thats why it wasnt clear when i bottled. Now i know, i wont panic that easy.

    But for that i didnt sign my beer in the competition, i feel sad now, but well, is not the only competition this year.

    I recently went with a spigot on my fermentor. It does make things much simpler, and better for the beer.
