This beer has some cream colored sediment floating through the pour, settling on the bottom of the glass. Is this normal?

It's yeast. Drink it and watch the hair appear on your chest.

It is probably a slug of the family Limax Sierranevadaensis, which has been spotted in other bottles in the past.

Okay, JK, almost certainly protein or yeast, harmless, and in fact brewers yeast is a healthy victual.

You might -- however -- consider buying a different beer in the future. Not because there's anything wrong with that particular bottle. I just think that Hazed & Infused kinda suuuuuucks.

The beer is called Hazed and Infused for a reason...

It is an unfiltered beer, and one I happen to think is pretty dang excellent. Good choice.
