HBU to Ounces

    Trying to figure out how much to use. Heineken clone recipe calls for 3.8 HBU @ 60mins. Hops are Northern Brewer 8.5 AA. My guess is 1/2 oz but they gave me 1oz.

    Yup, that is about right (0.44 ounces to be more precise). Use only 1/2 ounce and either save the other 1/2 ounce for later brewing or chuck it.
