Is it just me or does anyone else taste a difference in head hunter depending on how you drink it? I live a 10 minute walk from the brewpub so I have it on tap quite a bit. Always really "dank" and piney in both aroma and taste due to the simcoe. From the bottle I get much more citrus and very little pine. I assume its due to the bottles sitting a little longer and the hop profile mellowing. Anybody else get this? Or is it just me?

i was glad to see they started bottle dating....drinking a 3 week old HH right now and it's super dank and piney as you described....not much difference from the draft version....

I was there on Wednesday 5/15. I had it on draft and bought some 4 packs less than a week old. Tasted the same to me when I got home! :[

There's definitely a difference depending on date. I'm really glad Indiana is getting fresher cases. When they first hit Indiana it was all a month ld already but more recent shipments have been within the first week of bottling, which is awesome!
