Well I will chime in with my experiences as well, first off thanks again for all the great recommendations I greatly appreciate the help. I first started out Friday at the Speedway and then made my way over to Twenty Tap for lunch and beer of course, I had the spicy cuban and OMG it was the best cuban I have ever had I had to have two it was so good. I had 3 rounds of the 3 6 oz. samples and tried a variety of the local brews many suggested by my awesome waiter. By far my favorite was the Crooked Tree IPA from Dark Horse but I didn't have a bad beer. I also bought the last X-Large t-shirt to commemorate my venture and got directions over to Kahn's over on Keystone to get my favorites that I had tried while sampling the local brews.

On Saturday While waiting for the wedding we were supposed to go to SunKing on a tour but the Groom took us to the Smoking Goose and back to his house, I was not overly impressed with the Smoking Goose but once back to the Hotel I still had time to kill so some had mentioned Flat 12 was a great spot to go so I got a cab and rounded up a few guys and headed to Flat 12 for some beer sampling before the wedding. That was a good choice, they served half pints so I decided to get a half pint of everything on tap... haha we also played Cornhole with some of the employees for about 2 hours before we had to get back to the wedding, unfortunately they were all out of any X-large t-shirts at Flat-12 because I wanted to have one from all the places I visited. My favorite beer from Flat12 had to have been the Tangerine porter followed by the Walkabout Pale Ale, I had a great time and thanks again!

Here are some pics from Twenty Tap:

The guys at Flat12 said they were close to having their labels approved by the Gov't for bottling I would love to get some when they get up and running with that. I hope to stay posted as to when they get all that going so I can try and get some out my way. Do you know if they ship kegs to the mid-Atlantic area? I would like to try and talk my local Whole foods into getting some kegs on tap, I am sure the folks here would love it.

i don't know if they ship out of state yet. They've been close on getting bottling approval for months, so hopefully that comes through soon. I'd love to send their bottles as extras in trades, or just a local for local trade. I know that they do send kegs all throughout the state, which is awesome because i can get their stuff in northern indiana just as easily as i can get it here in indy.

They don't ship out of state yet.

Last I heard, they planned on having bottles out mid- to late-June, but they said that was tentative.

i have to say that the communal support was the most impressive for me. seeing beers on draft at black acre from fountain square, triton, bier, flat 12 and sun king was a cool thing to see. we ate brunch at 10/01 (?) in broad ripple the next morning before we left town, and most, if not all their beer was local. that's dope. i hope the scene continues to grow. some folks in chicago wonder if the scene here's getting saturated, which is comical. there's no such thing anywhere near the future. keep brewing. keep growing. keep supporting.

triton will most definitely be on my radar next time i'm in town and not relying on megabus.

Not initially. Pogue's Run Porter, Upside Down Blonde, Amber, and Half Cycle. I asked about some specials, but right now they're strictly focused on getting those four bottled and distributed.
