Bringing my pregnant wife up to Reggie's to see Slough Feg July 12th. If you're going, look for the least metal looking dude with the Cardinals hat on air-guitaring and say what's up. Anyways. Was just wondering what beers I should keep my eyes out for from Pipeworks, Revolution, Solemn Oath, Spiteful, Half Acre and all of those other beautiful breweries you guys hog for yourselves.

Was up a few months ago and got lucky with Coffee Abduction, Straight Jacket, Galactic Double Daisy Cutter and a few others you fine people told me to look out for. So, what's cool floating around on the shelves right now?

Citra-Hero & Galaxy Unicorn are hot right now.

I'll be seeking out Citra Hero, for sure. Any new bourbon barrel beers from Revolution out? Was hoping maybe Mean Gene, Very Mad Cow or Deth's Tar would be on shelves.

Also, I know Lagunitas just recently opened. Do they have more of a taproom or a brewpub thing going on?

Lag. Taproom is now open! A multitude of freshness on tap. Huge room. GO!

I'd go in a heartbeat but don't wanna drag my wife there if all there to do is drink. She'll want to eat. We already plan on having appetizers at 3 Floyds and lunch more than likely at Revolution. If Lagunitas doesn't serve food we'll more than likely eat dinner at Haymarket

    Your Google button broken?

Literally a 7.5 second Google search would yield yer answer that you've been waiting hours for.
You really think they would open up a hundred-million-odd dollar brewery/brewpub that took years in the making and not throw up a web-page with info on it?

    Maybe I'm just an expert...
Here, search "lagunitas chicago taproom". <(I'm albert einstein) Then, click your mouse on any of the first 3 results and all of your possible questions will be answered.
