The Buffalo beer scene is really coming together right now- great time to visit. I highly suggest heading downown to check out Big Ditch for their Citra Hayburner IPA which has lots of mandarin orange and melon flavors. The Imperial Sponge Candy Stout at Resurgence is also pretty good (best drank with a piece of sponge candy of course). Community Brew Works doesn't have a bar/restaurant like the other two (Resurgence has a great outdoor patio FYI) but their stuff in on tap everywhere. For Pale Ales That IPA and Frank are pretty good. I'm a huge DIPA fan but I haven't found one yet in Buffalo that stands out. However I did get Ghandi Bot both on draft and in cans at Blue Monk and Martin Cooks so I wasn't complaining.

Is the Citra Hayburner IPA currently on tap? Website doesn't list it. Sounds delicious. Thanks for the recommendations.
