Heading to Burlington, VT. Suggestions?

    I am traveling to Burlington, VT (from Buffalo, NY) this weekend. I will be staying with my family so I won't be able to make any side trips to breweries too far outside of Burlington.

    I am looking for suggestions for ...
    (1) Breweries (and beers that I could try there)
    (2) Bottle shops you recommend in the area.
    (3) Beers with limited distro - that I could get in Burlington (this time of year)

    For a little more info I prefer stouts, porters and IPAs (that are not to aggressively hop forward).

    Thank you to anyone that is able to put forward any suggestions.

    Definitely try The Farmhouse Tap & Grill. Also Trattoria Delia sometimes has Hill Farmstead offerings. Stopped
    in a couple weeks ago and they were serving Mary and Edward.

    Pizza Veritas has a rather amazing selection of Italian micros and traditional Neopolitan pizza.
