    Is Heady Topper available in DC?

    I need some recommendations for good beer bars and great, local IPAs I can't get in Illinois.

    DC Brau On the Wings, when available, leads the pack for me. Otherwise, there aren't too many IPAs from the immediate area that I get excited about...not to say that there aren't some respectable versions out there.
