My wife and I are heading to Delaware for the weekend, planning on taking a tour of Dogfish.
Suggestions for other places to visit?

Good timing. I actually just took this trip last week! 120 minute on tap at both the brewery and brew pub.
But beside dogfish, I HIGHLY recommend driving another 45 minutes to Ocean City, MD to visit Burley Oak Brewery (which is actually in Berlin, MD). Its an awesome brewery if you are into sours and IPAs. Plus is about 10minutes from the beach/boardwalk so if the wife is reluctant to make the trip, it sweetens the deal. Growlers are reasonably priced at $18 for a growler and fill of anything on tap. They also have special release bottles of bourbon barrel aged: berlinerweisse w/peaches, imperial oatmeal stout, and barleywine - but they are a little pricey ($15, $20, $25 respectively) .

I had their Tart Attack (sour red), Sour Trip (Berlinerweisse), Superfun Stout (oatmeal stout), and Secret Sauce (New Zealand style IPA). All of which blew me out of the water. I went with no expectations but left way more impressed with their beer than DFH. I'm taking a trip to NC in August and this will now be a certain stop on the way to and from.

P.S. They don't serve food at the brewery, but welcome you to bring your own grub.
P.P.S. Tours are available on Saturdays only

P.P.P.S. If you're are looking for a good place to eat with good beer selection (beside the DFH pub) hit up the Pickled Pig in Rehoboth Beach. I got a glass of Lagunita's Undercover Shutdown through a randall of port wine soaked oak and cherries - amazing.

Helopen City Oyster House is an absolute must. They get great casks and have a great beer selection. Chris is an awesome guy. Also amazing food.

Definitely hit Henlopen City Oyster House. Great food and beer selection. Ask the bartender, they usually have some Cantillon bottles in the back for sale if that interests you at all.

Henlopen Oyster House, numerous beach eats in Rehoboth B., and of course the beach itself!
