Craft Beer enthusiasts, I will be in Mount Laurel, NJ next week and I am trying to find a local craft beer store that sells singles/build your own six-packs and recommended pubs & taverns where I can get a good selection of craft beers. Appreciate the help in advance!

Your best bet for singles in Roger Wilco in pensauken. You can take singles of anything in the store, except from 12 packs.

They do end up getting a 1-2$ markup when you check out but they have a few price scanners scattered throughout the store.

Oh and PS just in case...make sure you walk into the walk in fridge, that is where a lot of craft is. They have a very good import section too if that is your thing.

Jay's elbow room is divey but probably the best craft beer selection in the immediate area. Blue Monkey tavern is a short drive but also usually has a good selection. Farm and fisherman is probably the best food/beer combo. Smaller list but usually good local stuff and food is solid.

The Wegmans there has a decent selection also, throwing this out there in case one day you are looking for a quick get in and grab a few things/get out spot.

Depending on what part of Mt. Laurel you are in, White Eagle Liquors in Riverside is only 15 minutes away and you can usually find some hard-to-get singles that Wilco does not have. As for beer bars, check out the tap lists at The Local and John & Molly's in Mr. Holly, Jay's Elbow Room, Blue Monkey in Merchantville, and Whistlers Inn in Cinnaminson and pick the one that appeals to you. They are all on Untapped and have decent food with the exception of Jay's.

I haven't been to Jay's Elbow Room in 15 years, but has their food gone downhill? My family used to go there regularly, and I've probably had 50 of their southwestern chicken cheesesteaks, which were great. We always loved the divey atmosphere and what used to be sneaky good bar food.
