Sams Quickstop in Durham is your best bet. Bottle revolution is also very good.

 

I agree with Sams and Bottle Rev being the best bets. Tasty Beverage is also a good place to look.
You should not have a problem finding any Green Man beers around here. I suggest you also pick up a Foothills Jade IPA and their IPA of the Month which should also be available next week.
Finding anything from NoDa or Wicked Weed in this area is almost impossible

 

visited Raleigh two months ago. went to tasty bev co. and bottle revolution. both places have a wide selection and excellent service. i'd recommend both. didn't see any green man at either place though.

 

Disclaimer: I've never been to BottleRev but I've heard great things.

With that said, I will second Sam's. I regularly visit Sam's quik shop and they have a pretty good NC beer selection. They definitely have green man. They have a ton of awesome brews in general, and it hurts my pocket because I work a block from them, and find myself there during lunch breaks if there is a bottle release. They just opened a new store closer to Cary, which I have not had the chance to check out yet.

Tasty Beverage is also awesome. It's tiny in terms of real estate, but it's got a remarkable amount of great beer, considering, because they have it so well organized. They also have a patio to drink on, and if it's a nice afternoon, there will be a whole lot of people there enjoying it.

You might get lucky and time it for a Wicked Weed bottle release, and generally all the stores will post their release days and times on twitter/facebook.

 

Green Man 6pks of IPA, ESB and Porter can be found at most Lowes Foods, Kroger and Harris Teeters in the area.
For the specialty stuff from them you will need to go to a bottle shop
