Don't know what part of TN you're headed to, but I think Foothills distributes there, Seeing Double and Jade are pretty awesome....also, if you can find Terrapin Rye Pale Ale and Hopsecutioner and Hi-5 are worth a drink

Saw Works Rocky Hop ipa out of Knoxville is good. Fat Bottom Knockout IPA is really good. Big River IPA from Chattanooga is a good one. Those are all Tennessee beers. You can get most of the good ipa's out of western north carolina here too. What part of the state are you going to be in?

If you are going to gatlinburg, i recommend driving the 45 minutes or so to asheville. There wont be much craft beer in gatlinburg and asheville will have alot more quality ipas since the liquor laws are more reasonable in North Carolina.

Memphis offers a great IPA by Wiseacre called Ananda and I think it's distributed to Nashville as well.

Gatlinburg is kind of a wasteland for beer. But alot of cheese....

Best beer you will find in G'burg is at Smokey Mountain Brewery. Few distilleries there though.

what is the hype on the wicked weed??

The hype is because they make damn fine beer. Not saying everything that comes out of there is awesome, but alot of it is especially their sour program,

And that's a stretch...like going to a town with only McDonalds and saying "Best Burger in Town".

Yazoo's Hop Project. They're on batch # 82. You'll find it in most TN grocery stores.

I think Cool Springs Brewery still has bottles of Hop Brutality. It will melt you're face off.
