Heading to Tennesee looking for IPAs

I have been to cool springs brewery , pretty good.

 

Wicked Weed is making some great beer. If you make it to Asheville check out Hi Wire, Twin Leaf, and Burial along with WW. The Thirsty Monk isn't a brewery but will have lots of great stuff on tap.

 

Been to all of them multiple times. Agree with all you have said. One world is pretty cool too. It is a new brewery underneath farm burger. There are some really cool spots outside of town too. Pisgah in Black Mountain and Bearwaters in Waynesville are two of my favorites. Asheville is just a little over an hour away from me.
