Trinity is one of my favorite breweries in colorado. Good beers and always a great guest tap selection. If I had to pick just one I really enjoy their saisons.

As far a bottles if they still have some bombers of their TPS Report or Brain of the Turtle I would pick some up for sure. They're both outstanding beers.

If the have Awake on nitro, do that. Amazing coffee stout. Others that I love are Chilly Water Baltic porter (I think out of season, but not sure), and if they have it, Beach House Farmhouse. All of their Farmhouse beers are worth at least trying, but they'll allow a little taste for you to decide. Pick up some sour bottles if they have some, but they were out last time we were down there. Also, eat the food - it's outstanding for a pub. Check out the specials. If they have chili or jerky, do that.

100% agree on the food. Highly recommend their bacon mac and cheese.

Enjoying the saison man now, got some sliders on the way. Cool place, nice vibe, chill as hell. Gonna get a taste of awaken, if its good I'll be going home with a couple growlers for sure.

I was down there visiting yesterday afternoon as well and had great beer and food. Tried their new 'Chi' Belgian Pilsner. It was very nice and followed it up with a Slap yer Mammy.

Did either of you guys happen to see what bottles they had for sale? Might have to make a detour down there pretty quick.

Unless they recently found more, the only bottles they had available were TPS and stop making sense.

Is there more than one batch of TPS Report? worth picking up? Will be out that way later this week

edit: How does it compare to Old Growth? That beer was ridiculously sour....

TPS report is drastically different from OG, I think this is the third bottled batch for sale. It's more funk than sour, and was somewhat bandaidy to me along with some barnyard/horse blanket/tropical fruit notes. It did win a gold at GABF a few years ago in the experimental category.

My server told me they only had stop making sense left. I made sure to ask about brain of the turtle.

Edit, I am hoping to make it to the pineapple release and emmas casket release. If you guys don't know the story about emma crawford and her casket you gotta check it out. Manitou has a race commemorating it.

Shit. So we need like four more? Five? I bet we can turn it into a trip to trinity afterwards.

Tried pulling the rules up on my phone. Doesn't support pdf files. I will try on a real computer.
