Any beers I should check out besides Heady Topper and Sip of Sunshine? Any places you recommend? Thanks!

We've done this a couple of times for quick weekend trips. We usually camp Friday night, hit Winooski Beverage on Saturday morning for Heady and SoS cans plus any other fresh VT beers that they have in stock (e.g., Lost Nation, Fiddlehead, Foley Brothers, etc). Then we get lunch in Burlington (usually good beers on tap at Farmhouse Tap & Grill and Manhattan Pizza, amongst other places), hike in the afternoon, and hit Waterbury for Prohibition Pig/Reservoir/Blackback in the evening. Never been to Hill Farmstead but there's always plenty on tap in Waterbury. Last time I was at Reservoir, I think there were five or six of their beers on tap. If you like Heady, also make sure to get a can of Focal Banger somewhere, although you won't be able to take that home with you.

    Enjoy!

If you go to Hill Farmstead make sure they're open first. They're closed Sunday through Tuesday and are only open 12-5 the other days.

I'd also recommend Lost Nation if you want a little more variety than hops.

Check out the Growler Garage in South Burlington. They have 21 taps, the majority being local brews. They got a few big screens, serve peanuts, and have a few ping pong tables. Fun place to chill without the crowds.

Also, I second checking out Second Fiddle, but more so to eat at Folino's, which is the pizza place next door. It's BYOB so you can either grab beer there or bring something. Best pizza in Chittenden County.

So many other beers beyond Heady & Sip.

Agree with FiddleHead, widely on tap if you don't want have time to drive

Others VTs beers not to overlook. Can get on the shelf at the beverage mart.
    - Hermit Thrust - solid sours
    - 14th Star
    - Frost Beer Works
    - Lost Nation (think only Gose)
