Heady Topper in Boston

Heady drop is here this week in NW RI. It seems they drop it and Focal around holidays/quarterly.

 

Shows up at hubbards cupboard in marshfield every few weeks. Not sure how close that is to you. You pay a premium , but still better than the gas money to go to source

 

Liquor Junction in Reading just posted they have Heady and Focal Banger

 

Four packs of Heady/Focal available to go at Brewers Fork. Get a wood fired pizza to go with it.

 

Never gets old

 

Scooped a four of Heady at Wegman's Burlington tonight.

 

Shut up! Gonna have to send the ladies mom over to grab herself some. She’s lived in town 40+ years now. I know that Wegmans and parking insanity well.

Now I want Okie Pokie and a breakfast sandwich from Black Bird

 

I'll take the Wegman's parking lot over the market basket hell on earth lot ANY day!

 

Don’t even ln get me started on that…..we refuse to shop there

 

The H-Mart parking lot is the worst of all though. Back when I worked by there, I'd park by the Five Guys if I was going to the MB. That's how much I hate that parking lot.

 

I think Dante had it as his Fifth Circle of Hell.

 

It's literally never quiet there. Parking at Old Navy and walking half the lot is usually the only play.

 

Is it worse than the parking lot at the Market Basket in Somerville?

 

It is, only because it's larger and even more poorly laid out.

MB in Waltham is easy peasy though and there was at least one 4 pack of Heady at MB Spirits yesterday.

 

The MB in Burlington seems to also have a lot of older folks so you have people who are past their driving prime (and past their cart pushing prime inside the store).

 

I’m not positive, but I’m wondering if they do some distro fall / winter / spring when brewer sales (maybe?) drop a little? Not even sure if that’s true, given Stowe is a winter retreat for many.

regardless, in Western Mass I didn’t see it all summer, stopped by the local package store Friday, they had both heady and focal

 

Years ago someone told me that the Somerville location is the second busiest in the state next to Chelsea. And has the smallest parking lot and the store itself is the smallest (it really is tiny, the aisles can barely fit two carts side by side).

That Waltham MB is awesome. Fastest deli line I've ever been to. And now they have Heady!

 

Anyone see heady topper around Boston recently?

My dads from Waltham and cousins used to live down the street from the spot. I’ll swing though the Heady Deli next time we’re down to visits Em mom in Burlington.
