What can we say? For those in the know, the name says it all. This Heady Jelly is made from the Alchemist Brewery's Heady Topper, one of the best (and rarest) craft brews in Vermont. This rich, hoppy and fruity double IPA is named best beer in the world by BeerAdvocate. We dip into our personal stash of Heady Topper to bring you this awesome jelly.

Ingredients: Alchemist Brewery Heady Topper, cane sugar, citrus pectin

    allergy info: Contains Gluten

This jelly is not available for retail.

This delightful treat, as well as a number of other jams and jellies made from other local beers and fruits are available for purchase at Stash n'Stowe, right across the street from the Alchemist brewery..

Price is within range for an artisan jelly. Will definitely give this store a try on my next way down, thanks!

It is very much available at retail - at least in stores here in VT. I featured it, along with Potlikker's Wolaver Oatmeal Stout Jelly for the cheese course I presented at the annual Ebenezer's Belgian Beer Dinner (12 courses for 100 people) back in August. They were both such a hit that we witnessed a few diners sneaking them off the table and into their purses! I can heartily recommend them and you can mail order them. There tiny work space in Waterbury Ctr. cannot accomodate retail sales, however. Another local beer jelly maker is Marsh Hollow Farm.
