Later in the month the better (after school starts=less tourists), but if you don't mind getting there early and standing in line, you will have no problem. Waiting in line seems like it would suck, but I have met a bunch of good people and trade partners from all over the place. I live about 25 miles from a store that gets cases and have never been shut out when trying.

It's because people don't want to get off their lazy ass and do their own research ......

Oh yeah I dont mind, I just want to try it and bring a little bit back, I think we changed our plans to late August or early September, I'm guessing it would be the same way? Late in the month and stuff...thanks!

How this upsets people is comical. What is worse, creating a thread about heady or throwing a temper tantrum that some one created another heady thread?

No one makes anyone read these threads.

I found this very funny but I just polished off a shitload of white wine. So it could have been legitimately funny or not.

eh, where people came from wasn't the issue, selling out of the tasting room was the issue...

Agree, just kidding around...being a flatlander and all. I talked with an awesome couple from canada in line, and there were people from all over the place. I really wish fiddlehead did a better job with limits. I got lucky and was there early enough, i just felt really bad for the people behind me who got shut out.

I hear you. I got there at 10:20 myself and ended up in good shape. A good thing too, as I would have been kicking myself for stopping at Hunger Mountain on the way up!

I think Matty likes to keep limits high, looked like it pained him to set it at two cases. I could have got extras from people in front of me but decided not to as I thought those that waited deserved it more than my friends at home.

This beer is so good I thought about going up again this weekend, but maybe next time...

    Cheers!
