    Was browsing on beermenus and for fun I typed in Heady Topper and came across this place in CT, the Hearthstone Pub. This has to be a joke right?

    I call bullshit on that list, those beers aren't even allowed in a CT , unless the owner went and bought em all outa state

    ballast point, evil twin, maine and nebco are the only beers on there that have a ct distro, lawsons does but no double sunshine, so imma go ahead and call bullshit.

    Yeah, I question a place having out of distro on tap with a list like that. But sure, head right over. I'm sure they have all those things and just stay under the radar.....

    I had a look at the checkins on untappd going back a few months and there's not a whole lot of the sexy beers. Complete BS in other words

    They post pictures of their current tap list on their Facebook feed; think less HF and 3 Floyds and more Ballast Point and Left Hand.

    My takeaway:
    Better than my local 99? Seems so.
    Better than Armsby? Not quite.

    Ha, yeah I was 100% sure this list was BS, which sucks because I'm a huge fan of beermenu's (time is limited so like to know when / where I should go) so hate to think bars/stores would misrepresent there goods and have anyone make trip to only then be disappointed.

    They posted on Facebook that it was a false list and people were calling them about it. They also said they got a new bar manager. I'm totally guessing but maybe a disgruntled employee had access to their beermenus page and decided to have some fun and cause a bit of chaos.
