Hef and Wit Beers?

    Is freshness important with theses beers?

    Yes, but not as much as pale ales. I believe it's best to have them under 9 months or so. Usually I get them under 6 months

    Yeah, you're probably not going to have any wackadoos coming in here and proclaiming that their Schneider Hefeweissen fell off after two weeks.
