    Ayinger Brau Weisse pretty darn good ...and some Erdinger Weissbier is pretty decent nothing special but your non-BA's make like to start off with this one as it is not as intense as most good German hefe's

    note: by non-BA's I assume you mean people not used to many styles of beer maybe? Idk

    Sprecher Hefe Weisse is top notch, also Baltika #8 Wheat, from Russia, would surprise most guests and is a tasty brew.

    im confused. are you having a wheat beer party or a yeast party? are you just looking for unfiltered beers?

    Yes. Someone else said 'I would bring a vial of yeast' so I am a little. I didn't know if you were referring to hefeweizens or beers containing hefe

    Sebago is probably what I would bring...A solid American version of a hefe, knowing most of my friends would go the German route.
