@VikeMan Thank you for your answer! I think that there is a ring of crude, here is the pic I took yesterday.

I'm having a hard time uploading the picture of the wort, anyway, there sims to be a ring of crude above the wort, and there is a little foam. As I mentioned the wort smells pleasently yeasty.

That ring would most likely be the remnant of the krausen, which means that your fermentation has probably come and gone, i.e. it's likely done.

ETA: Regardless of which picture hosting service you use, the best way to show the pic here is to copy the "direct link" to the pic itself (not to a gallery, not to a player, not to a display page) and paste it into an image link. If the service doesn't allow direct links, I'd look for another service.

Thank you @VikeMan! Why does it smell a bit yeasty? Can it be the result of pitching too much yeast?

I got some updates. By the crude ring above wort (VikeMan said that it can be the remnant of krausen) I guessed that the fermentation is over, so I decided that I'll dry hop the beer today. I sanitized an improvised hop bag, opened up my bag of 1.8 oz of cascade pellets, and went to fermenter to open the lid. And what I saw was a serious amount of foam!
So what I did next is probably stupid.I took my hop bag and put it in the wort since I have no equipment to properly repack the hops. As I've seen a fair amount of hop bomb videos, I left the lid on, but not sealed. In how much of a trouble I am?
What should I do, should I leave the lid of the fermenter not sealed, and for what time? I've read on other forums that some people don't seal the lid at all.

What do you mean by improvised hop bag?
If the hops were going to cause the beer to foam over, it would have happened the moment you added them. Seal the lid. You don't want O2 at this point.

@VikeMan Thanks a lot! I will do it immediately.
I improvised a hop bag out of sterile gauze, but since I was afraid there might be residue of whatever chemical it was sterilized with, I boiled it over, washed under water, and than boiled it again.
