help for a second mashing

    So true, for the first few batches, until you run all of your numbers and get your system down, you can be all over the place on your extraction efficiency. Your first brew could only get 65% extraction eff, then you are looking at 1.070 & 1.034, a far cry from 1.081 & 1.041.
