There's a spirits unlimited in wanamassa which is pretty much a mile from neptune. Also there's a liquor store next to wegmans in ocean township that isn't bad. Max's in neptune should have all of that too. While he's there tell him to go to the tasting room at Kane Brewing in Ocean. Delicious stuff. Think they're open friday nights and saturdays.
