Help me find this beer!

45 bucks? Could that beer actually be Jagermeister?

 

How long ago? There was a Koch's Deer Run Ale out of New York that was sold in gallon cans. They went out of business some time in the 1980's, I believe.

 

Don't forget O'so Doe in Heat.

 

Maybe it was 45 gallons of beer served in this thing...

Predator pee(coyote, wolf), not deer pee for that purpose. Deer pee may actually attract more deer, which would eat your garden.

About the beer, never heard of it, but maybe suggest that he gets a stumbler from his favorite local brewery. It would be a gallon of beer to share, and it would be something he would enjoy. Unless you have strange growler laws like some states.

And likely to be in the price range you mentioned if it comes in a size that would command that price. I am not sure what that very little bottle in the photo costs but seems to me this could be it.
