Looking for dish suggestions. I have some home brews and some commercial beers. Help me pair:

Timber Creek Saison Du Port- Saison aged on white port oak
Timber Creek Black Bear Porter- Robust Porter
    Southern Tier Pumking
    Slightly roasty amber lager
Pale Ale made with just Brett C
    American Blonde Ale

    Throw some dishes at me!

With the exception of pumking and just general blonde ales, I haven't had those beers .buuuuutt based on styles I could say:

Saison - this one has me intrigued, chicken... poultry something like a cornish hen and mushrooms and spinach stuck in there
Robust Porter - grilled meats, even sweet enough possible dessert pairings. Stroganoff is jumping out at me
Pumking - I am not a big fan of this one, but honestly I wouldn't pair this with anything
Roasty Amber Lager - a catch all style, I would think this would be enjoyable with just about anything (showing bias!)
Brett Pale Ale - I would have to try this one.
Blonde Ales - I am not a fan of this style so I am not going to make a recommendation, but it's a pretty safe brew for pairing.

Saison: I'd try some light French country cooking: butterflied grilled chicken with Herbs de Provance and aioli on the side? Or Italian: maybe some grilled veal chops with rosemary and balsamic (adds the vinous note for the port in there), steamed mussels in a spicy broth?
Robust Porter: I like the stroganoff idea above, sounds killer. Roasted rack of lamb with herbed potatoes and roasted tomatoes?
Pumking: Trashcan? I really hate this beer, but how bout a pecan pie?
Roasty Amber Lager: Roasted sausages in onions, green apples, garlic on a fresh roll with some good mustard...
Brett Pale Ale: I am assuming it is super dry, moderatley hoppy, funky? Cheese, cheese and mutha-effin crackers- stinky cheese like briebousse or other washed cheese (don't forget the grapes!)
Blonde Ales: Ceviche of some sort? Grilled fish, fried calamari with parsley gremolata?

Hope this helps a bit, let me know what you ended up doing!

    Cheers!
