I'm sure there have been a thousand of these threads so if you want to just link me to one of those thousands of other threads go ahead but here goes...

Wife and I are heading up to Massachusetts next weekend and I'd like to get my hands on some cans from our favorite breweries in the easiest way possible.

We're staying in NYC that Friday night so we may get up early to go to Other Half if there's a release (or if we can wake up on time!). From there we'd head to Mass.

My question is: what's the best way to get Trillum and Tree House in one weekend?

It seems that Tree House does Saturday releases so we'd probably have to skip Other Half actually, right?

So maybe NYC to Tree House...and then stay near Boston and Trillium you usually can just get cans without having to time it, correct? Would also like to fit Night Shift in here somewhere...

On a scale of 1-10 beer line patience, 1 being HELL NO and 10 being LIVE FOR LINES I'd say my wife is prob a solid 5...

Trillium is easy pretty much anytime though the list starts to take a beating towards the end of the weekend. TH is the 'X' factor and there's no way to predict the line. Saturday's are usually pretty slim, so you would have to go early. Friday night can range from an ez in and out or to a total shit show (like tonight).

So there's Friday night releases? Altho maybe with Good Friday next Friday they wouldn't...?

If you are staying in Boston you can go to Trillium's Fort Point location and get all the cans you want with zero line. Row 34 next door has a great draft list and excellent seafood. Fort Point Market is a good store. Will have plenty of Night Shift, Mystic, Cambridge Brewing. Maybe some Lamplighter or Exhibit A.

Thanks for the tip! We were gonna hit the Canton location but that sounds convenient.
