Ok new to the community first off.

Recently connected a new danby chill tap up, with a labatt keg. So far everything appeared to be operating great. Good pours. Good head. Great flavor. However I started to notice that after a few days it was pouring slower each time. Just checked the psi and noticed it at 0, down from 12. However the tank is still full.

Anyways began trouble shooting, reset psi to 12 and poured a beer. It appears that after each point the co2 is dropping anywhere from 1-2 psi and not recovering back up.

I'm dumbfounded. Any help would be great.

Sounds like your regulator isn't working. Perhaps stuck. I would look there myself and see whats going on.

    Welcome to BA!

I'm not familiar with Labatt kegs or Danby chill taps. My thoughts are that you should see if you can get a steady flow of CO2 out of your regulator and go from there. Hold the valve open by hand? put your thumb over the disconnected hose with your gas line disconnected from everything? Something like that to see if your regulator will push back at 10 or 12 PSI like it should. From there it's balancing act. Temperature, line length, line diameter, and pressure all play a part.

Has to be your regulator. That is what is supposed to maintain your keg pressure. Now if your tank was emptying also, that could be many things.

Dumb question, but is the valve on top of the bottle open?
