You might want to check out the Beer Talk forum. Your question occasionally come up there and receives generalized answers as well as replies that recommend specific breweries (although many won't be available to you in Ohio, but you'll get the gist).

Are you planning on a lot of taps and concentrating on craft beer customers? That info will be helpful to get good recommendations.

 

Is your bar's focus going to be primarily craft beer, or will it be merely one amongst equals (macro beer, wine, spirits)? Will you have food options, and if so, will it be higher end / nuanced or typical pub fare?

 

First check out what distributors will service your establishment to get a base of your options.
