Help, Reorganized

    I just completely reorganized the Help forums in an effort to better support your comments, feature requests, and bug reports.

    • "Feedback & Help" renamed to "Help," which contains a growing number of helpful posts
    • Site and App have their own support forums
    • Prefixes add to the Site and App forums to help users better convey the nature of their post, which makes posts easier to filter too
    • "Feedback & Help" posts have been tagged and moved into Site
    • The "Report a Bug" forum has been removed, and its posts have been prefixed accordingly and moved into Site
    • Existing App posts have been prefixed
    • "Help" link in the footer nav now points to the new Help forums
    I also plan on doing some prefixing on older threads.
