Help requested for benefit for young leukemia patient

Hi. I hope this is an appropriate request. I flipped through the pages and saw some similar posts. If not, please point me in the right direction.

There's a 17 year old girl in my hometown battling leukemia. A benefit (cook-off, auction, etc) is planned on Sept 13 for the family to help with costs. At the team meeting last night my wife had the idea of creating "craft beer baskets" to be auctioned off. Texas has it's share of beer drinkers, so everyone thought it was an outstanding idea. Now I could easily fill a bunch of baskets with local craft beer, but I thought we would do much better if we could fill baskets with craft beer not available in Texas. Then we could advertise the baskets in advance, post a brief write-up of each beer (style, where it was brewed, BA and RB ratings, etc). So on to my request - I was hoping some members from around the country could send just 1 or 2 beers available locally. Just something you think would be desired and perhaps create some nice bids. I figure if even a handful of people here could send something I can make several baskets and convert those into a nice profit for the family. As I'm sure you can imagine, every dollar will make a difference. I'll post a picture of the benefit flyer below. And by the way, there are a handful of BA'ers here that I trade with regularly that will vouch for my honestly.

If anyone would be willing to help please let me know. I'm not sure the best way to do it. I don't know if posting my address here is a good idea? Or is that pretty common? Perhaps anyone interested can post here that they will help, and I can BM each one my address. And when it's all done I promise to post results and keep everyone updated. I know the family (and especially Emily) would really appreciate it. As you can imagine, their lives have been flipped upside down in a very short time. And sometimes just kind actions and thoughts can make a huge difference in spirits and can even bring out a little more "fight". And - please - if anyone has any ideas or suggestions on how we could help bring in even a few more dollars, please let me know. We're all pretty new to this and open to suggestions. jdhowe - Wow. I can't imagine how hard that was, but hearing that she has been in remission for over a decade is really encouraging. Both for her, and for Kibby. And at this point, she needs all the encouragement she can get. And for her to hear about folks who live all around the country helping her the way you and many others have is just huge.
