HELP! Scorched Mash!

    Well it's been nearly 3 weeks. It's pretty boozy, but it's not terrible. Pretty close to terrible, but 6 months may salvage it. There's no burnt or scorched flavor. Once I have my glass carboy freed up, I'll transfer for bulk aging and leave it there for another couple months to see what happens.
