Okay so a BA was generous enough to offer a beer for just a shipping label. I was lucky enough to respond first and got it. However, I have never generated a shipping label to send to someone. I thought it would be easy, but I cannot figure it out at all. I am set up with UPS. How do I create a label to send so I can get this tasty treat???? Step by step instructions would be more then helpful. You can respond to this or shoot me a pm. Thanks for your help!

You can usually select "Print to PDF" once the label is created and then save and email it to the shipper.

I saw the post... the guy was nice enough to hook you up with the Rue, he'll totally help you with the label. But just in case...
    1. Set up an account with FedEx - it's fast and free
    2. Create a shipment using your address as the send from and to
    3. Complete the shipment using whatever service you want (note, the prices will not reflect actual prices here as far as I know - FedEx will adjust the cost for shipping when it is shipped from the actual location - I think... someone can verify this maybe)
    4. When you get to the end and there is a check box for "email me the shipping label" make sure you click that so you get the label
    5. Do what RKing44 said and save the shipping label to a PDF and email it to @Vegasbeer

I think I did it this time. I could have done it on the tablet just couldn't see the option due to the screen size probably.

Hey guys -- hope you don't mind me bumping this old thread --

The question is: if I put myself as "From" and "To" on a label, can I still selecet FedEx ground as my shipping option? And then when the actual sender prints the label and drops the box off @ FedEx, they'll scan/weigh, add that info to the shipment, and automatically bill me for whatever FedEx ground charges should have been? Do I have the process about right?

Want to send someone a label but do it right -- appreciate any help/input!

Correct. If you put yourself as the To and FROM, they will basically bill your account with the actual charge in about a week or so.
