Help... Too much sugar in bottle

    Oxidation takes some time to set in, so you can probably still enjoy the beer for a couple weeks before the oxidation makes it terrible. Bottle bombs can actually be quite dangerous. In my own experience, I'm lucky I wasn't in the room when one of my batches blew... a 3in shard of glass embedded itself almost an inch into the drywall. That shit's scary.

    I know this thread is old, but I'm curious as to what happened. I've calculated he had a co2 level of 4.5 that's pretty high. I just bottles mine at 3.12 and i'm worried...
