A client of my gf's daycare asked for help in finding a beer and I'm not getting anywhere, thought maybe someone on here might be able to help.
He said he use to get it in the Chicago area, it was brewed by okcoo or something like that, he said they would just use OK for abbreviation on the bottle, they had two beers one was called black and was a mocha beer and the other one was called white, not sure what style that was.

maybe they don't even make it anymore

If the person wasnt a huge beer nerd I could see him referring to the Porter as "pitch black", much in the same way that people refer to Guinness as "a full meal".

What kind of a beer drinker is he? If you don't drink much dark beer, a porter might seem "pitch black". It does definitely have some mocha notes to it. Do you know where he lived in the Chicago area? I'm in a heavily Polish area, and so this stuff is all over the place around here. Any idea on how long ago he's talking?
