    Hi all

I stumbled upon a couple of different hops and was thinking of making an IPA with them. The only thing I am unsure of is if these hops would go well together. In the past, I have only used galaxy from the list below.

    El derado
    Hull melon
    Bravo
    Galaxy

    What do you guys think?

Using all of them would make a fruit punch beer. For a more focused result pick two.

If it were me I'd use one per batch to get a true feel for it. Or do a split batch and compare two; or do two split batches of the same base and compare them all. It's only through learning your ingredients that you can truly become a great brewer.

I'm a big fan of hull melon. I bet it would be lost with galaxy though. El dorado doesn't do anything for me personally. I would do galaxy/bravo or hull melon single hop

El dorado is a funny hop. The only beer I liked it in was a brown iPa from stone. I would brew an iPa with bravo and Galaxy, single hop the hull in a smash maybe. Maybe even a Pilsner with hull

Trillium's DDH Scaled beer had the best aroma I've ever experienced in a hoppier beer and it uses El Dorado and Citra in the dry hop stages (bittering with Columbus).

Bravo is kind of boring for flavor/aroma purposes, however, it makes a great bittering hop. I would agree with the consensus on making SMaSh's or even making three different IPA's using Bravo as the bittering hop.

Thanks all. Think in going to bitter with bravo, possibly use huell melon in most of the boil and then dry hop with a little Galaxy and el derado. Should make for an interesting beer!
