Is there anybody here who works for a craft beer bar or brewpub who wouldn't mind volunteering some basic info? NOT looking for private financial details, just some general statistics on customers per night, volume of beer sold, number of taps, cost of CO2, etc. I'm working on some market research and would really appreciate the insight. If you haven't already, you'd probably be better off asking over on the ProBrewer Forums - and doing a search before starting a new thread would probably turn up a lot of similar info previously posted.
