Help with Trade - When to call someone out

    So I made a trade with a fellow BA for a Darklord and some Sunking locals and some 3F Panzer wolf in exchange for a Darkness and some Surly local stuff. I sent my package back early May and he received the package fine and so I was waiting for a tracking number and a couple weeks go by and nothing. I sent him an email and said he had a death in the family and things were hectic and he would make it up to me. I said no problem family comes first. So the past couple days I sent another message asking if things were ok and when he was able to ship. So I still have no heard anything back from him. I guess I'm out of luck and to watch out for the BA who goes by

    Timwesty7

    I hate to call people out because I know things happen and I feel like I have been pretty patient but I don't know what else to do.

    Thanks for naming a name so the community can be warned.

    Much better than the BS fart in the wind "bad trader" threads normally seen that help no one but the bad trader possibly make more wins.

    Sucks that you got ripped off. Life happens is a hell of an excuse.

    Like I have said before, "good traders" can really be bad traders that life just has not happened to yet.
    You only get to see that when ( if the story is true ) life happens to them and they do not screw you over.

    Too good to be true trades are too good to be true usually.

    BA Darklord does not trade for 1 Darkness unless its 07 darkness

    Just My opinion of cours but Im usually right

    Looks like it was regular Dark Lord and not BA DL. I had to do a double there as well with how it was phrased.

    Sorry I wasn't clear earlier. The main trade was a regular 2013 DL for a 2012 Darkness.

    I figured as much that I'm out of luck but you never know maybe he will come back and I will get my Darkness. Just wanted to give anyone a heads up in case someone knew him or was trading.

    Funny enough his ebay account is the same name so I sent him an email to that account as well hopefully I get a response.

    I wouldn't disparage his reputation while he's dealing with the passing of a family member. The correct course of action would have been to solicit the help of others to send him a sympathy package during his time of sorrow.

    I successfully traded some Heady for Abrasive/Overrate with Timwesty7 near the end of April. Things went smoothly with the exception of him giving me the wrong tracking number initially. Sorry to hear he's gone MIA on your trade.
