Help with Trade - When to call someone out

I had a similar situation in late April with TimWesty7. I traded him a Pizza Boy growler and a Black Note for a Masala Mama growler and a Pentagram. Communication was good, I shipped, he received his box, and I got the death in the family excuse as well. My response was also that family comes first, and it was no rush, hit me back when things settle down with his family. That was back in May. I have sent several messages, but he hasn't been logged in since then.
I realized recently that I had his phone number from when he gave me his info to ship. I have called half a dozen times, but never an answer. I have yet to leave a message, but I have started to call in the middle of the night, several times in a row, or at the crack of dawn. Maybe I'll get an answer someday...
