My buddy said the can he had that was canned 4-25 was not good at all. Any truth to this?

9.99 for 4 16 oz is not better in Chicago vs $10.99 for 6 12 oz.

I find it hard to believe that a place selling $10.99 sixers of Two Hearted is asking $9.99 for cans. If so, they're overcharging. Could be they're trying to limit revenue shrinkage from customers switching over, but they're overcharging nonetheless.

The cans I had were packaged either 4/25 or 4/26, probably a fair amount of truth to that.

So you would agree with my friend that Two Hearted is better out of a bottle?

I completely missed the part about it not being good at all, I just saw the packaging date. Sorry about that.

To swing back around and answer the question appropriately this time, the beer from the can is just as good as I have had from any bottle. Any real difference in flavor is negligible.

4 packs on sale at Meijer this week for $6.28. You heard me. I went to my local Meijer but they were cleaned out. I'll check back in a few days, I believe deliveries are Wednesday around here.

Ray's in Wauwatosa received large shipment yesterday - cans dated 4/29 > $7.99 for 4-pk of the new 16oz cans

You should look into getting some More Moro from Funky Budha. You won't be disappointed.

Tasted the same to me as well...delicious! I love the pint can format though, so to me this is a winner. Just finished one off and it just felt like it kept going and going.

Anyone know if these cans are here to stay? Or are they a limited time thing?

Also how long do you guys think these cans will be good for? I'm guessing 6 months at least.

Here to stay and expand to other products in the future. I wouldn't hold a can of 2 Hearted for 6mths though.

Awesome. Bell's website says it has a shelf life of 6 months, and shouldn't beer last a little longer in a can versus a bottle? I could be wrong.

The can will provide a more stable environment for the beer but they are not perfect. There is a big difference between suggested shelf life and optimal enjoyment time frame. Two Hearted is generally going to be more enjoyable closer to the packaging date, it really is not going to improve. If the beer is not going away anytime soon, no reason to hold onto it any longer than needed.

Two Hearted canned on 5/7 tasted great, unfortunately I couldn't get over the fact that it should have been you're and not your.

    No MSRP, eh?

Just saw it at at the local liquor store for $6.99 and at the grocery store for $8.49.....and the grocery store is ALWAYS a dollar cheaper than the liquor store.
    WEIRD!
