Trying to plot out an upcoming trip to Hill Farmstead. I have normally gone at an appropriate time before they open, I was wondering what the line is usually like in the afternoon. I am targeting a Thursday. Do they cut the line at 5pm or will they turn away customers before the 5pm closing time?

Or maybe I'll just get a flop house...

My one & only trip was a Thursday in late June.

I walked in at 5:20, was sure closing time was 6, and my heart sank when I saw how empty it was there because I was clearly wrong ... Employees were very cool, they checked if any lines had been cleaned, and none were, so it was business as usual. Walked out with growlers of SOS#4, Susan and Edward, magnums of Anna and Dorothy and some t-shirts.

They won't turn you away if you are there by 5. I am sure they appreciate it if you don't come in later than that.

Of course, not looking to inconvenience them at all. I just wasn't sure how strict they are with the rules.
