I'm heading up to Hill Farmstead in a few weeks & was wondering if/which HF beers can pull for some "rarer" Cantillon. For example the following is offered at the moment at HF Edward, James, Mary, Harlan, Fear & Trembling (on draft) Arthur, Florence, & Convivial Suarez (in bottles). http://www.hillfarmstead.com/retail/ Would any of the following pull a Fou Foune? If I didn't have a Hill Farmstead connection, I'd trade you the Cantillons you listed...but I would never refer to those five as 'rarer' Cantillons.
Rarer than the Classic Gueuze, 1900, & Rose. There was a thread a while back placing Cantillon's offering into tiers, seems like I'm looking for some of tougher stuff though not whales or one-offs by any means. Of course not, I've traded on here several times here and just wanted an idea of if what I was asking for was reasonable. I'll be up at HF mid March, if any of those are still available a BM will be sent. Thanks
