You're welcome. Enjoyed the beer and atmosphere so much I felt compelled to give it a mention.

That said, I almost felt bad reviving it as I'm sure the locals would prefer the chill vibe and accessibility remain unspoiled. I know I would. Heh...

Not a big fan of IPAs, and I occasionally wear pants.

Also guilty, but I do realize it's not a private party, and I wish them all the success that they did not expect.

See I thought the peach DIPA was not their best work, and I've had a ton of their IPAs. In fact I liked the other IPA they had on that weekend....forget the name.

They make some mind blowing IPAs and beer in general. The black IPA I had that same weekend was amazing.

    Awesome place.

My only issue is sometimes the carbonation on some of the beers has been lacking a bit, but that's not the norm.

I like that they've been filling out the draft list with some more diverse styles recently. Not just all IPAs. Their IPAs are world class, but it is a nice change of pace to have something different. They've even done some different takes on hoppy styles. That cherry pie pale ale, All of It was the name I think, was pretty great.

I definitely thought that was amazing. Are they doing a "Thief" series? I know they had the Strawberry Thief too, so I wonder if they're just gonna take fruit every so often and make a Thief out of it.

That beer really surprised me. Just a nice crisp mix of cherry, vanilla, and a lingering cinnamon like finish.

i thought the strawberry thief was head and shoulders above the peach thief. while the peach was really good, i was a expecting a little bit more.

I definitely agree about the Strawberry Thief. Unfortunately, I didn't try it until the anniversary party and that keg kicked faster than anything I've ever seen. I don't think there was much of it though at that point.

Have these guys announced any plans to expand beyond their current capacity?

nope, not yet, aside from what they did a few months back by adding double batch fermenters. talking to one of the owners recently, it sounded like maybe after another year+.

Do you think they would put on an addition to expand? It doesn't seem like they could put more stuff back in their brewing area.

I always thought that if expansion were to happen it would be opening another facility so as not to change that building that much. I have no info on this whatsoever.

i am in 99.9% agreement with @makalarch although im pretty sure there is a family or close friend affiliation with the ownership of the building, so you never know if they will be up to turning more over to the brewery.
