ive had an IPA from HP and its amazing for a west coast ipa. also had pushing carts and it was pretty good. id sit on my bottles a few more months to see what the brett and bacteria is doing. just like Hill Farmstead, the saisons tastes better my the 6th month or so.

Bob just let me know that the new batch of GJG is probably getting tapped tonight.

Not sure I can get over there until Wednesday, tho.

No worries, this is what I just posted on FB: "I'm heading over there now for ONE beer. That's it. Then home to continue recovering from a wild weekend and prepping for roasting tomorrow."

hahaaha, seriously, just one taster tonight.

The ounces per CO2 emissions is too low to make your trip worthwhile. Make sure you have a full pour.

Caught it on tap at BWSB along side some VSS... what a great night that was... Achiever is definitely a fantastic IPA

Well, since @earlycsquid to was there and graciously sharing 2 of the new Dry River beers I had a little bit more than one beer. I also had a taster of the pumpkin porter which is quite tasty. But, yeah, that GJG doe. So balanced, so much coffee, and so doesn't drink like 12.5%.

They've got potential. I have some coming, too.

I didn't even know it was being tapped. I showed up and Ross said "Did you see the Griffith beacon on or something?" . Yeah, that GJG is tasting super awesome. It got a boost in ABV to 12.5% but you wouldn't even know it from tasting it. Had to get two pours of it.

Sounds like a beer that could stand up to some additional infusion fun.

Re-reading this thread just now.... I don't know if y'all are just forgetful or something, or maybe just being coy as a symptom of the hype/anti-hype lunar cycle, or maybe you're just LAZY...

...but there's gotta be at least another beer or two in the works gearing up for release in the coming couple-few months...

Greg... Notice that Chris said "Lazy..." and that he provides Stone fruit to different places...
