Seeing lots of bars in PA announce that they're putting Hill on tap this week, something I haven't seen in a little bit. Definitely excited to try S&S4, and hoping this isn't an anomaly!

Huh? Are you referring to earlier posts in this thread about the Ratmagnet scandal from earlier this year? I don't think I ever expressed "anger" at Shaun lol? I think the accusations leveled against him are and were worth taking seriously (and I personally think they're pretty believable), and the industry and Hill in particular should be constantly striving to be better in this regard... but if you think this is some "gotcha!" moment I'm truly not sure why lol. Still think Hill is a business worth supporting, and I'm hardly a perfect consumer.

Also, I'm replying out of courtesy because I think this is the second time now that you've "subtly" attempted to reinvigorate this convo; but I'm assuming others would probably just rather we not.

 

Does anyone know if they doing a BA maple syrup this year? Couldn’t find anything online except for past years

 

Last batch was released November of last year (11/18/2020) so maybe another batch is due this month. I happened upon a bottle at Willey’s this summer.

Having a Damon that came in the DC HF shipping offer...bottled Jan 2020, surprised it says drink within 6 months of bottling date, tastes pretty bangin right now.

 

They have various vintages onsite/on occasion (> 6 mts)…The approximation is for those who don’t have, or can’t cellar properly


HF can be a bit sweet at kickoff (e.g. selective takes on M&C), so the months to years can be constructive…if done right
