What types of glassware are usually for sale? Willies? Stemmed bulbs??

Also what merch/apparel?

 

They haven’t had glassware of any kind available in at least a year that I can recall, unless they added some this week. No merch in a while either.

On Friday, I asked whether they had any glassware for sale and was told hopefully next month or so.

 

Kind of a random question but anyone have any growlers they're trying to get rid of? Planning on using some in wedding centerpieces and while I have a bunch I'm probably short a handful and figured there's a chance I could come about some secondhand. Not necessarily looking for HF branded ones specifically, but plain or other VT spots would also be cool.

 

Where are you located? I think i have a ton of Hill that I could spare a handful or so. I can confirm tonight when I get home. May have some plain too.

I had the BA Earl and.......ehhh. Wasn't overly impressed. Little flat, not a ton of coffee, etc. Felt way more muted than BA Everett, which was outstanding. Really hoping it was just an anomaly because I was really looking forward to this one, having never had the first iteration.

 

Friend is at their vintage tasting today - here is the lineup. Pretty solid - Being and Time is a treat!

 

Would like to hear more about how Being & Time drinks from someone here.

 

Being and Time is quite possibly my favorite HF beer ever. I’ve had it twice - first 5 years ago during anniversary week 2017 and for the second time today.

I barely remember specifics beyond “wow” of what I thought the first time around, but vaguely recall it being funky/bleu cheesy. Today, it was fantastic: a bit cherry, a bit sweet tart, a touch vinegary, and a borderline caramel bourbon-esque flavor. I think it was the best beer of the day, though it was pretty even between most of them.

 

Just cracked open my first can of Earl from this week’s trip. It’s awesome, exactly like I remember it being when I first had it. Honestly, it’s several times better than the winter 2020 round, which I thought was mediocre (and came on the heels of a legitimately kind of bad batch of Everett that I bought that fall).
