Went to Anniversary week festivities yesterday. Biggest crowd at opening on a Friday since before COVID based on my 6 or so trips a year cadence. Didn't bother to wait in line for draft/bottle pours as it had to be 45 min at least. Was happy to get a haul of stouts -- the new Order of Things barrel series -- Genealogy and the return of the citrus flavored RIS Daybreak (although sadly not matured in Grand Marnier barrels as was the 2014 original. Odd to see so little HF talk -- wonder why that is. Anybody go or going to this week's festivities?

Went as well. Probably best list I’ve ever personally been there for and in the top 2 I’ve ever even seen posted.

    Yep, hard to argue with:
    Ann - Double Honey
    WoL Sante
    WoL Thiriez
    WoL Anchorage (mandarina)
WoL Tired Hands Lurks of Love
    Clover
    Art
    Le Sarrasin
    CD21 (draught)
    GoM - Akmel Nuri
    3F/Hill Resonance
    All 3 Order of Things

    Among others...

Was a good time, went on Thursday and it was relatively quiet compared to the rest of the week. Did have a long wait in the bottle shop. Ann Double Honey and Aaron Grand Cru were worth the trip alone.

Really looking forward to trying Resonance and the Order of Things bottles.

Went yesterday. Was insane. Skipped the pour line and grabbed stuff to go.

Wait an hour plus for a $85 375 of double honey Ann? Hard pass.

I got immediately back in line after getting my first pours and it was about 40 minutes to go back through.

45 minutes wait for an $85 375? Sounds like a total win.

Are you angry about their pricing? Are you angry about waiting in line for beer? You mostly sound angry.
That's fine, but I was happy to wait in line for 45 minutes to get more pours. And yes, I was fine paying $85 to try A-DH.
Best not to pass off your values on other people.

I’ve paid $30 to get 2-3 ounces of vintage Utopias.

    It’s all relative

Wife and I skipped out of work early on Friday and got there a little before 4; it was pretty quiet. Plenty of open tables inside and out, pour line was maybe 5 minutes. Holiday weekends are fine as long as you don't go at open.

I imagine Saturday is entirely different from a Friday which is a travel day

Does anyone know if S&S #2 was released recently? There seems to be an uptick of Untapped check-ins.

My SIL won - and she won't let my brother go get it - so I'm either gonna try to find her a proxy...or make an unscheduled trip to Vermont.

I didn’t get lottery win but my cousin did. We’re going together next week for the pick up while we’re in Stowe for a wedding.
