Thinking about flying up from south Florida for this next Wednesday, any information will be gladly accepted.

I hope that is the case as we won`t be in town until Tuesday.

If anyone local to Burlington or Waterbury would be interested in doing an in-person for Alchemist tent sale items shoot me an BM and we can try to work something about. Many NC/VA stouts up for grabs along with a few others. We are also stopping by Tired Hands on Saturday (05/24) so there so a growler from there is also possible.

I'm not headed up to Waterbury this weekend, but I hope people are going to be posting here about any beers that went on as specials or, as I saw on the Waterbury CBC FB page, rare offerings. I'd like some vicarious satisfaction of knowing good people are drinking good beer.

As my mom would say, behave up there, everyone. We want this to happen again. If it's between you and someone else getting the last pour, give it up to them. Beer karma, you know?

Keep all the non-event goers in the loop. Maybe I'll have to dig in the cellar to see if anyone wants to share or trade some of their bounty.

Does anyone know what time the 3 restaurants are opening for the festivities on Saturday? I believe I saw up thread that the Res was going to release certain beers throughout the course of the day, which leads me to believe they'll all open at their regular times(?)

I'm heading up there Friday night for the first time and I'm trying to pack in as much as possible with a definite stop at HF Saturday. What's the scene like at the Best Western for these types of events? I've got a few fresh Trillium FPPA I could bring, and maybe some Stoneface, if people do bottle shares.

The couple who own OCC Outdoor Store on the north side of Rte. 2 between Waterbury and Little River State Park asked me to mention that they will be open for all your camping needs this weekend. Forecast is for it to be a bit damp, but if you need anything to increase your comfort outside this weekend, stop in and they're happy to help.

PS: Craft Beer Cellar in Waterbury is getting 100 cases of Heady for Saturday. Will be a three 4-pack limit per person.

Also opening at 9:30 for Saturday, remember 3 4pks per person = 1 case per couple = it lasted an hour and a half last time there was a can sale and they had 100 cases.

I may just not be able to comprehend the alchemist blog because I'm excited to get up there.

Will there be heady at the truck sale? I know in the past sales there were but it appears there will not be this time and the extra is at the craft cellar.

I am also understanding it as there will not be any Heady at the truck sale.

Just had to cancel a campsite at Little River for Friday/Sat. My kid got hit with a bat and got stiches. He's OK, but no beer for me. Figured someone who got shut out might still be looking for someplace close to camp. If you call they should have a site available (888-409-7579)

Is it confirmed that Blackback will have a keg of Zombie Dust?

I seriously want to go down just to slam some Classic Gueuze on tap, no interest in any HF stuff. Unfortunately, it just doesnt seem worth the hassle :slight_frown: Ill get up waaaay earlier than anyone should on a Saturday, drive down and grab my Sunshine, and head back home to sleep! Hope you all have a blast, and first / foremost be safe!

I'm curious how it ends up, hopefully well!

I can't wrap my head around how each bar won't have a huge line and be packed to capacity right from opening to closing.

Trying to pick which of the three bars to station myself at tomorrow is turning into the most difficult choice I've had to make in a long time. Blackback might be perfect, but do I want Mad Taco for breakfast AND lunch? Reservoir has a huge, amazing list, but Cantillon is hard to pass up, and I want to finally try Beyond Good & Evil. And Pro Pig is the only one that will do half pours (I think), so I could try a greater selection if I went there.

    This is terrible.

Total non-sequitur here, but nice avatar. Locke & Key is without question the best graphic novel series I've ever read.

These are good predicaments to be in . Every option is a winner!
